Klean Kanteen offers a full line of products and a range of print capabilities to help your vision become a reality. Learn about the process that works best for your artwork and project.

Screen Printing

Your artwork can be placed on the front and back or wrap all the way around the Kanteen. Screen printing yields stunning results and makes the most use of available print space with nearly full wrap capability.

Artwork: A vertical break of 20mm is needed in all artwork. The Klean Kanteen logo will have to be printed on the bottle and we will match the Pantone to your custom artwork.

Lead Time:
Artwork in one colour - 2–3 weeks from final approval of artwork (printed in the UK)
Artwork in two or more colours - approx. 4-5 weeks from final approval of artwork (printed in the USA)

Minimum order quantities apply.

Artwork

Artwork should be supplied as scalable vector graphics with specified pantones. AI/EPS preferably as a PDF.

Vector images are not resolution dependent, which is why we encourage their use wherever possible. For example, if your logo is a vector graphic, it can be resized to almost any size without the quality deteriorating.

A vector containing embedded bitmaps is not a true vector and therefore cannot be used. We cannot print rasterised artwork: jpg, gif, tiff, psd or png.

Artwork must be a solid colour, without gradients.

Don’t have a vector? No worries, send the largest resolution file you have and we will have it vectored. Fees may apply.

Accepted Files
Vector: Ai, eps. or PDF

Text

  • All text must be converted to curves/paths
  • All outlines must be converted to objects/paths
  • All objects/paths must be combined and not grouped
  • White geometry cannot be used as a mask to hide any parts of the design
  • Overlapping geometries must be welded to form one path

Positioning

Please provide clear detailed information on positioning and orientation required.

Colours

We select our ink colours from the Pantone deck. Pantone is the worldwide language for communicating colours. If you’re not familiar with Pantones, simply provide colours using standard colour names, i.e., red, green, etc. You may select custom colours from the Pantone swatches at: pantone.com/color-finder
