Christmas Order Dates
Don’t be left out in the cold this Christmas! For delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing orders BEFORE 1pm on Wednesday 17th December 2025 for Tracked 48® hour, Friday 19th December for Tracked 24® with Royal Mail and Monday 22nd December for DPD Next Day orders. Please note that we cannot guarantee your order will arrive before Christmas.

Receipt of orders
- Orders received before 1.30pm on a working day will be processed and despatched the same day.
- Orders received after 1.30pm will be processed the following working day.
- Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery time will begin as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Amendment or Cancellation of Orders
Please note that during December, due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to amend or cancel any orders. We have extended our returns policy until 12th January 2026, so you can return any unwanted item(s) back to us using the below Returns Form and free returns label. Products must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging.
We try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications that change the cost of an order. If you would like to cancel or make a change (like switching a colour) to your order, please contact us via email sales@kleankanteen.co.uk as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify an order.
You can return any unwanted item(s) back to us by following the Returns Process here. Products must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging.
FREE Delivery Over £40.00
We offer FREE standard delivery to the UK only on orders over £40.00. Orders must contain £40.00 of physical products.
Standard 48 hour tracked delivery £3.95
- Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will be sent tracking information via email for all tracked UK orders
- Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel in 2 to 3 working days (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control). Orders to more remote areas of the UK, such as Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland etc. may take a day or two longer due to their geographical location.
- Deliveries can only be made to the UK. We are unable to accept any order for delivery to Eire or any other address outside of the UK.
DPD Next Day £5.95
- Delivery will be made by DPD Next Day. You will be sent tracking information via email for all tracked UK orders.
- DPD aims to deliver your parcel the next working day (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control). Weekend delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to your local delivery depot. Orders to more remote areas of the UK, such as Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland etc. may take longer due to their geographical location.
- Deliveries can only be made to the UK. We are unable to accept any order for delivery to Eire or any other address outside of the UK.
24 hour tracked delivery £5.95
- Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Tracked 24. You will be sent tracking information via email for all tracked UK orders
