Personalisation Policy

Please check the preview carefully before ordering! No edits or changes can be made once you have submitted your order. Any adjustments to an order should be made prior to submitting the order. Customised products are exempt from the standard returns policy and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales of customised products are final.

Text submitted for engraving on our products cannot be unlawful, harmful, threatening, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, is not connected to any political affiliations, associations, or candidates, does not infringe on any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party. All custom, personalised orders will be reviewed. If any of the above terms are violated, your entire order will be cancelled.

Laser etching and colours may not appear exactly as dark as shown. There may be some colour variation in printing and colour may not appear exactly as shown on screen.

• Personalisation upcharge is £7.50 per item.
• Processing time for personalised orders is 3-5 business days plus shipping, but could take longer during peak times.
• All personalisation is done with laser engraving. 
• Personalisation is NOT available on printed, pattern or graphic bottles, only solid colours, or brushed finish.
• Personalisation is NOT available on bundles, sets or kits.
• Engraving on all products is on the same side as Klean Kanteen logo, as shown in your preview.
